⁃ Add in 1lbs of ground turkey meat. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
⁃ Add in 2 cups diced carrots and 1 cup of green peas and cook for 3-5 minutes.
⁃ Turn off heat and add in 1 can of tomato paste to thicken.
⁃ Place this entire mixture on greased (or parchment lined) baking dish.
⁃ In a pot boil 2 heads of Cauliflower for 10 minutes. Drain.
⁃ Add in 1 tsp salt, 2 tbsp of ghee and 2 tbsp heavy cream. Mash together.
⁃ Layer Cauliflower mixture on top of the meat and vegetables.
⁃ Bake in oven at 400 for 30 minutes.
⁃ Allow to cool and enjoy!
